1. Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services. Therefore, all online bookings equal to or greater than $50 requires a non-refundable deposit of $50. This deposit will be applied to your service. If you reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, you may transfer your deposit. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance by TEXT andor EMAIL, so we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations. If not, a fee will apply as follows for all bookings equal to or greater than $50, you will lose your $50 deposit or be charged a $50 cancellation fee. If you do not show up or call, you will lose your $50 deposit or be charged a $50 cancellation fee. This action is extremely rude and inconsiderate, and we do not condone it. Therefore, you cannot reschedule.

2. Shipping Policy

All online orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow additional time during holidays or sales events.

3. Return Policy

vWe want you to love your skincare. All in-person product purchases are eligible for store credit within 30 days, provided they are returned unused and in original packaging.

For online purchases, please contact us with your reason for return. If approved, we will issue store credit once the item is received and inspected.

To ensure a relaxing environment for all, no children are permitted in the treatment area unless receiving services.
